Company: MineRack Hosting (“MineRack”, “we”, “our”, “us”)

By purchasing, accessing, or using any MineRack service, you (“Customer”, “User”) agree to be bound by this Unified Agreement, which includes the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), and Community Guidelines.

This agreement is legally binding. Each section may be read individually, but together they form the Unified Agreement governing all MineRack services.

1. Definitions

  • Services – Any hosting product, solution, or infrastructure provided by MineRack Hosting.

  • Customer/Client/User – The individual or entity purchasing/using our services.

  • Account – The customer’s billing and control panel account.

  • Refund Window – The limited period within which eligible refunds may be requested.

  • DDoS Protection – Network-level protection provided with MineRack services.


2. Account Registration & Eligibility

  • Customers must provide accurate, current, and verifiable details (email, billing information, phone).

  • Minimum age: 13 years. Under 18 requires parental/guardian consent.

  • Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials safe.

  • MineRack is not liable for losses caused by compromised accounts due to negligence.

  • Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared without written approval.


3. Services Provided

MineRack currently offers:

  • Minecraft Hosting (Vanilla, Spigot, Paper, Modded)

  • Game Hosting (popular multiplayer titles)

  • VPS Hosting (with root access)

  • Bot & Web Hosting (automation, websites, panels)

  • Add-ons such as storage upgrades, premium backups, advanced DDoS protection

MineRack may modify or discontinue services without notice, and reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.


4. Billing, Payments & Renewals

  • All services are billed in advance.

  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal.

  • Renewal timeline:

    • Day 0: Invoice due.

    • Day 1: Service suspended.

    • Day 3: Late fee applied.

    • Day 5: Service terminated and data permanently deleted.

  • Pricing is subject to change; existing services keep their price until renewal.

  • Customers must ensure payments are made on time.


5. Refund & Return Policy

Eligible refunds (within 24 hours):

  • Minecraft Hosting if service is undelivered or critically non-functional.

  • VPS Hosting if deployment fails due to a MineRack error.

Non-refundable:

  • Domains, dedicated servers, licensed add-ons, setup fees.

  • Services terminated for AUP violations.

  • Transactions below ₹150 (credited only to MineRack Wallet).

Refund conditions:

  • Must be requested via support ticket/email.

  • Refunds processed to original payment method, minus gateway fees.

  • Chargebacks/disputes result in termination and blacklisting.


6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Prohibited uses:

  • Illegal activities (fraud, phishing, malware, piracy).

  • Network abuse (DDoS attacks, scanning, unauthorized access).

  • Crypto-mining, spam, botnets.

  • Hosting abusive or copyrighted content.

  • Excessive resource usage harming other clients.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.


7. Network & DDoS Protection

  • All services include standard DDoS protection.

  • Advanced protection is available as an add-on.

  • 100% immunity is not guaranteed.

  • Severe attacks may cause temporary restrictions or traffic rerouting.


8. Uptime & Service Availability

  • Target uptime: 99.9% monthly.

  • Downtime may occur due to:

    • Scheduled maintenance (with notice)

    • Hardware/software failures

    • Upstream outages or severe DDoS attacks

  • Compensation: service credits only (no cash refunds).


9. Data & Backups

  • Customers are responsible for managing their own backups.

  • MineRack may provide backup options but does not guarantee restoration.

  • Deleted data after suspension/termination cannot be recovered.


10. Suspension, Cancellation & Termination

MineRack may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are overdue.

  • Terms or AUP are violated.

  • Usage threatens server or network stability.

No refunds are issued for violation-related terminations.


11. Privacy Policy

MineRack collects:

  • Name, email, phone, billing address

  • Payment details (via payment processors)

  • IP addresses and device identifiers

Use of data:

  • For provisioning, billing, support, and security.

  • Shared only with payment processors or law enforcement if required.

  • Never sold or rented.

Users may request account closure or deletion (subject to legal requirements).


12. Data Security & Retention

  • Security includes encryption, restricted access, and audits.

  • Data is retained only as long as necessary.

  • Inactive accounts may be deleted after retention expiry.


13. Community Guidelines

  • Be respectful to staff and other users.

  • Harassment, hate speech, or threats result in permanent bans.

  • Spam or abusive behavior may lead to termination.


14. Liability & Disclaimer

Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” MineRack is not liable for:

  • Data loss, downtime, or interruptions.

  • Loss of business, revenue, or opportunities.

  • Events beyond control (ISP outages, disasters, upstream failures).


15. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify MineRack and its staff against claims arising from:

  • Use of services.

  • Violations of Terms/AUP.

  • Third-party rights infringements.


16. Service Credits & Compensation

  • Downtime compensation is service credits only.

  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Eligibility is decided by MineRack management.


17. Modifications to Agreement

  • MineRack may update terms at any time.

  • Updates will be posted on the website.

  • Continued use implies acceptance.


18. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Governed by the laws of India.

  • Jurisdiction: Punjab Courts, India.

  • Disputes first resolved by arbitration, otherwise by court.
