🧠 How to Create and Manage Your MineRack Account

MineRack uses three different account systems for your convenience — Billing, Game Panel, and Help Desk.
This guide explains how each account works, how to access them, and what they’re used for.
To provide a smooth and secure experience, MineRack Hosting separates your accounts into three dedicated systems:

Your Billing Account is where you handle all purchases, renewals, and invoices.
This account is created automatically when you sign up or place your first order.
Go to billing.minerack.fun
Log in using your registered email and password
If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” to reset it
Purchase or renew Minecraft servers
View active services and invoices
Manage upgrades, add-ons, and renewals
Update contact details or billing information
💡 Tip: Your Billing Account email will also be used to create your Game Panel Account.
Your Game Panel Account (powered by Pterodactyl) is where you manage your Minecraft server — start, stop, configure, and monitor it.
Automatically created when you purchase a Minecraft server from MineRack
You’ll receive an email invitation to set your Game Panel password
If you didn’t get the email or deleted it:
Visit panel.minerack.fun
Click “Forgot Password”
Enter your billing email and set a new password
Start/stop/restart your Minecraft server
Use console and file manager
Upload mods, plugins, and worlds
Change Java versions
Create subusers (if applicable)
🔐 Note: You can change your Game Panel email or password independently from your Billing Account.
MineRack’s Help Desk (powered by Zoho Desk) is used to get support, report issues, or ask questions.
This account is separate from your billing and panel accounts.
Visit support.minerack.fun
Click “Sign Up” (first-time users only)
Use any valid email (it doesn’t need to match your billing or panel email)
Submit and track support tickets anytime
Always include your Billing Email or Server ID to help our team identify your service quickly.
If you face problems logging in:
Double-check your email and password
Try resetting the password using the “Forgot Password” link on each portal
Clear browser cache and cookies
